Decision of adjudicator
38(1)The decision of an adjudicator shall contain
(a) a summary statement of the complaint,
(b) a summary of the representations of the parties,
(c) the decision of the complaint, and
(d) the reasons for the decision.
38(2)A decision made by an adjudicator shall be signed by the adjudicator and rendered within 30 days after a hearing unless the parties agree to an extension or the time is extended by the Chair of the Board.
